Essay about a rainy day

I don't know about where you're at, but on this island it rains quite rarely. And the last few years, even less. So whenever it happens, to me is reason for joy. I was getting tired of wearing my rubber boots only when I was washing the front porch. It's true that, for this session, I got lucky that it didn't rain as heavy as it ussualy does...

Nu stiu la voi, dar pe insula asta ploua destul de rar.In ultimii ani, chiar si mai putin. Asa ca ori de cate ori se intampla, pentru mine e motiv de bucurie. Ma saturasem sa port cizmele de cauciuc doar cand spalam veranda . Pentru sesiunea asta de poze, ce-i drept, am avut putin noroc ca nu a plouat asa tare cum se intampla de obicei...
