Matryoshka

I kept thinking for a few minutes to write something that's gonna be worthwhile. I started like this and... I got stuck. Then I decided to explain to you the reason I'm wearing a scarf instead of a skirt and what is it with the russian dolls. It's a complex and complicated thing, so I'll try to simplify, if not for a different reason, at least because I already started to think how the hell I'm going to translate to English all the nonsense I so easily write down in Romanian.
The summer season is over. You might not know, but I'm a receptionist at a hotel where 90% of tourists are Russians. I speak their language and they bring me all kinds of small gifts: sweets (an enormous amount of chocolate), matryoshka dolls, magnets that I used to decorate my fridge, ahhh and one of the most unusual gift: a salami! No fancy bag, no presentation suggestion. Bulk!... straight on the desk. You simply can't imagine the joy in my eyes!...
The nice part of my job is that I meet a lot of beautiful people. Some became my friends, others I'm glad to see again, whenever they come back to the hotel. Today I'm wearing traditional Russian scarfs brought to me as a present by two wonderful people: Ruslan and Olga. I kept thinking about this post as an ode to my tourists and, even more, to rejoice for an ended season. I really needed a break ;)

***

I'm wearing:
Scarfs: Platki
Boho Boots: Dahir
Blouse: Vintage
Belt: London Clothing
Necklace: H&M.

Show some love <3 :)
